Privacy

CodeRight is built local-first, and this policy reflects that. The short version: the desktop app keeps your work on your machine, and the only data this website collects is the email you choose to give the waitlist.

The desktop app

CodeRight runs on your computer. Your sessions, conversation transcripts, project files, and the API keys you configure are stored locally on your machine and encrypted at rest. We don't operate a server that receives your code or your conversations, and the app ships with no telemetry or analytics.

CodeRight is model-agnostic: when you run an agent, your prompts and the relevant code are sent directly from your machine to whichever model provider you configured (for example OpenRouter, NVIDIA NIM, Groq, Cerebras, or a provider's own API). Those requests are governed by that provider's own privacy terms, not ours. You choose the provider and supply the key.

This website & the waitlist

When you join the waitlist, we store:

This data lives in Cloudflare's storage (Workers KV) on infrastructure we control. We use it for exactly one thing: to email you when the beta is ready, and occasionally about CodeRight's launch. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.

Confirmation and launch emails are sent via Resend, a transactional email provider, which processes your email address solely to deliver those messages.

No tracking cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; that request exposes your IP to Google as part of serving the font files.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist at any time — email hello@coderight.cc and we'll delete your record. Every launch email will also include an unsubscribe option.
